Screens from the running system

Not mockups. These are captures of the live engine — the same screens your applicants, agents, and staff would use on day one.

Access

One portal, branded per licensee

Staff, agencies, and policyholders all enter through the same hardened door, styled with the licensee's own crest and palette. Scope is resolved on the server, so the session lands in the workspace the person is actually entitled to — never one route deeper.

Direct-to-consumer

Rapid quote starts with one field

The consumer flow opens with garaging ZIP, which resolves city, county, and territory before anything else is asked. Every answer after this point is shaped by the filing that governs that territory.

Vehicle catalog

Year, make, and model from the live vPIC catalog

Makes and models come from the NHTSA vPIC catalog, narrowed to US passenger vehicles for the selected year. Common makes are surfaced as logo cards with search behind them, so a full VIN-grade selection takes three taps.

Rating input

ACV bands that feed the rate, not a free-text guess

Physical damage rating needs a value band, so the flow pre-selects the closest range and lets the applicant correct it. The band is a filed rating dimension — it lands in the trace, not in a note field.

Per-vehicle detail

Use and mileage asked car by car

Non-standard books live and die on garaging and use. Each vehicle carries its own use class and daily mileage band rather than a single household answer applied to everything.

Underwriting

Violations counted, then scored into points

Tickets, at-fault accidents, and major violations are captured as counts per driver and converted into filed point values by the rating engine. The point math is the filing's, not the form's.

Licensee administration

Every switch the licensee owns, in one room

Users and roles, carriers and agencies, treaties, policy numbering, billing plans, commissions, branding, filings, and lifecycle rules are all self-service inside the licensee. Each change is written to a configuration history with who did it and when — the tenant configures the engine without a release.

Filing control

Rate a draft filing before anyone can sell it

The sandbox rates test submissions against any filing version — draft, published, or superseded — and can diff two versions side by side. Nothing here binds, queues, or reaches a customer, so a new state or a rate revision is proven before it ever writes business.

Policy record

The whole policy on one page

Term and status, drivers and vehicles, filed coverage, the installment schedule, paid-through and protection horizon, equity position and the exact notice mail-by date, plus documents, history, and accounting detail. Endorse, cancel, or offer renewal from the same header.

Reporting

Reports read the booked ledger, not a copy

Flash reports and the standard catalog run straight off the booked premium and cash ledgers inside the active licensee, broken out by program, state, agency, and channel. Same numbers as accounting and statistical reporting, because there is only one set.

See it with your own filings

These are our filings and our demo book. The same admin, underwriting, policy, billing, and claims workspaces run against yours — we will walk them end to end.
